When any pop-up window is opened it is not fully visible, cannot even scroll right left and cross button not visible to close it. Therefore we have to swipe left which takes to main window of app and asks to login again. Then when we click Internet Banking and try to login, message comes that you’re already logged in. Please fix pop-up visibility.
Example of pop up window : 1) link to check transaction charges in fund transfer page, 2) IFSC verification link on beneficiary add page.
Rest overall app is good and secure.

Im using iPhone 12 pro max but its been a bad experience.
I cannot login into internet banking.
Its annoying.

most pathetic app I ever use. there web app also bad all the other banks use simple user flow to login but BOM they are like too way behind to change this process.
Seriously BOM you have to think about basic login functionality as normal user over web and mobile apps.
just to check bank statements which is just few minutes job on your any app it takes ages ( if able to login ).
I really feel bad as BOM customer, that in mid 2022 we still have to struggle just login into our own bank account.
probably before this FY end I will close my account.
